I love Lego…..its slow and time consuming…….piece by piece you can build dreams!

There was still a long way to go…….even with the restoration finished ‘Florence’ now needed to be built up……all the little bits such as glass, seals, handles, locks, wheels…………its amazing what you learn down the road……..

‘Florence’s’ lights came on……it was like….’She’s alive’…and how beautiful she looked!!!

Its funny…..all this time I’d forgotten that Florence had not been driven for several years………the MOT was going to be fun…….it was our first journey on UK roads……and my first drive.♡   Polly’s first drive with ‘Florence’

She passed first time…….yippee!

The freezers system was next…..the great thing about a holdover system is that it requires no power in the day, its silent running and environmentally clean……..perfect for weddings ♡……….you don’t want a noisy ice cream van ruining the speeches!!!

Next on the list was to finish off the sign writing…..traditionally hand painted. I’m forever looking at old pub signs,boats and vintage trucks…..I love the way the letters bend and curve to the shape of each vehicle…..

….Florence will be complete in 2 more weeks…..I want my passion and love of what I do to shine through at every event I attend…….I can’t wait to show Florence   to everybody……Pop over if you see me parked up……..or wave at me as I go by!
