We carry copies of our food & hygiene certificates in the vans. is ‘Florence’ is registered with Newcastle under Lyme County Council & ‘Matilda’ with West Berkshire local authority and both have passed environmental health with flying colours, being awarded the highest 5* rating for both vans. Polly’s Parlour™ is fully insured & carries a full indemnity policy.
We carry copies of all our certifications on board, including a full allergens fact sheet.

Matilda
Our vans use no fuel or electricity during the day, silent running & environmentally clean.
Environmentally conscious, we use 100% compostable/bio-degradable tubs, locally sourced Cheshire ice-cream, sustainably sourced wooden spoons and we only use Eco-friendly cleaning products. We recycle as much waste as we can & always think of the environment……
