How far will we travel.
‘Florence’ can travel 30 miles in any direction from TF9 on the Shropshire, Cheshire, Staffordshire border.
‘Matilda’ can travel 30 miles in any direction from RG8 Berkshire, traveling into Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Surrey & the London boroughs.
Polly’s Parlour will only charge a small fee to attend bookings that are a little further away than 30 miles – so please do not hesitate to make an enquiry.
What can we attend.
If you have an event in mind & need a beautifully restored iconic vehicle that also serves wonderful ice cream – Polly’s Parlour is the perfect choice.
We can attend weddings, just imagine your guests surprise when they see ‘Florence’ or ‘Matilda’ outside the church or at your reception for canapés or as a quirky dessert. The evening guests may also have a treat!
Birthday parties…..you’re never to old to enjoy fabulous ice cream.
Corporate events, fetes & festivals, photo shoots, music, TV, film work or prop hire – the possibilities are endless.
How much will it cost.
All of our quotes are bespoke, as no one event is the same.
Polly’s Parlour charges an attendance fee for Florence or Matilda and you just let us know how many guests will attend and what flavour ice creams you would like us to serve your guests.
It’s really that simple!
Just look at our wonderful dolly peg tokens that your guests can exchange for ice creams….!
Little extras…
You can also choose to have Cadbury Chocolate Flakes, sprinkles and melt in the mouth wafers with your message printed in edible ink!
We are really proud of our vintage VW ice cream vans & love to drape bunting over ‘Florence’ & ‘Matilda’, switch the fairy lights on, putting out a small table & chairs, putting smiles on everybody’s faces when we turn up, with flowers all at no extra cost.
